Rules for the award:

1. Current recipient will transfer Plaque to new recipient as soon as possible and in the presence of other club members if possible. With photo's

2. Each recipient will add to the plaque in whatever way they see fit, within good taste as seen by a reasonable person standard.

3. Owner will add a picture of the award to his/her new avatar while they own it.
