SYE cup and problems

everything is on except the cup....the cup does not want to slide on flush and is getting hung up on the stub that sticks out. someone told me i have to grind it down a little, has anyone had to do this in the past.

I wouldn't grind anything down until your 100% unless you already have spare parts. You've already been lucky once....

that's is what i was thinking...so what sould be the culprit? what it looks like it is getting caught on is the piece you covered with that little screw thing yesterday.

Take that plug out. Then put the case together, then put the plug in.

i did and still nothing. we took the transfer case off and on about seven times after you left. lol....:(

yea that is what we slapped together yesterday remeber...when you slid the platsic thing on it. the old busted one is thrown away from the beginning
