When I was stationed at Spangdahlem it was a crap shoot when ordering things. Some things would take a week, then other stuff would take 2 months.
I ordered a lift from rough country when I was there and I think it took over a month.

What a not nice person.
Ok, It all depends how the product was sent. Mainly with lifts and oversized items you are looking about a month and a week from the time they shipped it! It took my Stinger 36 working days to arrive and my winch 7 days....
What has happened, (if sent by SAM or Surface) they sent your boxes/ Tires by boat!!!!!! Now, from the time that MPSA picks it up from USPS you are looking about 4 weeks.
NO worries!!!!! And please promise me that you will not bug the people at your CMR/ PSC. They have no idea where your box is. If you have any questions let me know. I can not promise I can do anything for you but, I do promise the PSC/ CMR does not want to hear from you. But I will tell you the trueth.
Cheers
Rough Country is about 30-45 days. After 60 days you need to start worring.
Tire Rack can take 3 days if sent Priority, now! if you choose the less expinsive way you are looking about the same time frame.
Are you at 09226 or 09033???
