Difficulty getting out of 4wd

I have a 95 YJ and sometimes it won't shift out of 4wd high to 2wd. I have to try four or 5 times to get it to work. I might be crazy I think the vacuum line is not properly sealed. Give me your thoughts.:confused:

Do you have a BL? When I had a big BL (3") I had this problem a LOT. I would have to let it go forward or backwards a foot or so and slam on the brakes to get everything to line up so that I could shift out. Dunno if that helps at all.
