Welcome. Lots of people here are moving to Colorado. Post some stuff in this area and you may find that more folks that are in CO or moving to CO will come out of the woodwork.

Welcome. hopefully be welcoming you to colorado soon. They are all moving here cause this state rocks!!!
I used to live in Vail but this time I think I might have to become one of those "Front Rangers" and have to deal with traffic when I head up to the mountains for the weekend, it all depends on my orders.
Here are some photos, still mainly stock, just some minor changes so far. I have been gone too much since I got this one that I have not had time to do anything, I am hoping that changes soon.
The Picture of the TOW Jeep was the start of my Jeep addiction and when it was taken away with the replacement of the HMMWVs, I waited another 10 years till I got my own. :)
That is a great photo showing the two jeeps.

Yes I was, 0352 "Death On A Leash"
I was with AT(TOW)CO 1st Tank Battalion, 1987-1991, when they were still at Pendleton before moving to 29 Palms.

What platoon were you with in TOW Co? I was in 1st Plt from June 88-Nov 89. Capt Stoddard was the CO. "Diamond" Jim Campaign was the 1stSgt. Hal Burner was our Plt Sgt. Dean Garkow was my section leader. What is your name Brother? The only guy I knew from Washington state that comes to mind was named Dan McCracken (I think) and he was from TumTum (again I think). LOL
Tim Crow, I was a L/Cpl in during your time there, I made Cpl in Dec of 89. I was in 2nd plt and Gunny "Highway" Mcgraw was our Plt Sgt. Lt Hop was our Plt CO.
I am from California originally. I am up in Washington because I am in the Navy now, I tried to go back in the USMC but was told I was too old. I even tried with 3 separate waivers and references from a couple of Gunny's to a LtCol with no luck.
Man I have not thought about Diamond Jim in a long time, that guy was a nut case. When I got out on terminal he asked me f I was going to shave and cut my hair and I said I am sure I will. He looked at my paperwork and started writing something down, he then shows me that he wrote my address down, in San Diego, and said he will be stopping by to see if I am and if I don't have a shave and haircut he will drag my ass back to Tanks for the rest of my enlistment. I am sure he probably came by once or twice also.
Remember Sgt. Talley or Sgt. Austin? They were my Sqd leaders at one point. You have to remember Sgt. Copland? Although that dates that you were there 2nd Plt was on UDP in OKI from Aug 88-Feb 89. Did you retire from USMC, I see 0369 so obviously you were a SNCO.

Cpl Crow...I remember you. I was Cpl Foster when I left there. I remember Austin and Talley...and EVERYONE remembers who Copeland was. I was in 1st with Gabe Walle, Paul "Stewie" Suplee, Kevin Pack, Joey Johanson, Danny Mullins, Mike Prosser, Frankie Tso, Jeff Grimsled, Dean Garkow, and the list goes on...I still stay in touch with a few of them (or try to catch up once a year at least).
Not retarded yet...stayed on active duty forever and a day...now in the reserve for my twilight tour and working for the Corps with PM Intel/DisOps as a civilian. I'll shoot you a pm with my contact information.
