I figure 4 or 5 people to help out with planning aspects.

1. General Overview- Chris & Dan
2. Raffle and Door Prizes- Patty (Mrs.USNavyMitchells)
3. Food- Dave
4. Reception/Camping- TBA
5. Liaison with RC- Rob


Additional tasks will be doled out accordingly. We'll go from there. Volunteers?

Yeah dates would be nice. I found out last week my wife is pregnant and we figure the due date around end of May begining of June.

Last year Camp MJ was in April...assuming sometime in that month this year coming up.

Need to touch base with RC once a date has been set, or at least a few possible dates. Just to make sure there are no conflicting events. Right now RCrocs is scheduled for May 1 but might change to April.

Speaking of RC, did anyone get T-shirts from last years Camp MJ for the RC staff? They were asking for them, but we ran out at the event. Just wondering if they got their shirts. We got tons of compliments from the staff at Rc about how well organized and well behaved we were as a group. "This "Camp MJ" thing has been the best group function we have had here. We would be more than glad to have you guys come back and make this an annual event.", is what I was told. After everyone left, Will, Cody (HMC), and I were talking to the RC staff and they had nothing but compliments for us. Just letting y'all know.

Not my Job man. Raffle is Patty's baby. She is getting organized next week and will start sending out the requests.

My job is food and I am going to be contacting the local VFW near RC and setting up a feast for us all!

Chris, I am certain that if you get a 2nd person to do this, then Patty would be glad to be there as well. She just would not want to be stuck there alone for the day. But I am again speculating, she would need to be asked.

Here's a map with the camping location. Where the 5 tents are, it is more open. Just to the right of the entrance as you're coming in (left as you're looking at current), there are more "spaces" in the woods. Just need to remember it's a first come, first served. Though if they're expecting a large crowd, they'll ask to keep "tight".
When we do our Crawl for the Cure, we set up our staging area to the left of the entrance. It's actually another driveway. There's a lot of space to set up for food and prizes.

Dave I thought you and Patty were not able to make it???/I guess that has changed??
