I'm Headed to California Real Soon and Would love to Wire my Lights I have all the wiring and everything it Needs. When it comes to electrical I'm a Lost like a fresh f@ck Fox in a Forrest Fire!:D I sure would love a hand if you know how. I've installed the light bar on which holds 4 kc lights and 2 windshield mount lights. So I did do the mounting just not the wiring. I will give 30 bucks for the helping hand too.

with lights or any other thing that draws alot of power you should run through a relay and your switch. This will allow only the power to run the switch in your cab, the rest 100watts or so per light to stay outside between the relay the equipment and your battery. Much safer for all components with a relay. And even a LT and MP can wire it:D (I know because I'm an Engineer and can do it). You can get the relay at most auto parts stores for around $5

yea its really simple to wire in.. if you go to oreilly's they have a wiring kit (its for fog lights) with switch relay and wire (in wiring harness format) for like $10-$15

and it comes with instructions (yea that means you will have to bite the bullet and read them as long as no one is there no MAN LAW will be broken)

When I put my LiteDots (tail lights - DO NOT WASTE THE $$$) in, they came with these really cool solder links. Basically a clear piece of shrink tube with some solder in the middle. Twist the wires, slide it over and heat. Anyone seen them or know where to get them? They are perfect for this sort of project.

Sounds cool, but never seen them, I've seen the ones that solderless twist locks at wally world but they are pricey.

Fred the paper I used to post the relay instructions is in the tool box exactly like I posted. I used those instructions many times, even used them my first time:cool: they only use colors from the crayon 8 pack so MP's can handle it.:D

The LEDs die...

Price doesn't support the lack of quality materials.

When I get internet in my house, I'll post a pic.
