I will find some pix and post them up. It is a 99 TJ Sport. The D35 is long gone and replaced by an 8.8. The D30 is still in but it is a Super 30 kit installed. Both axles are filled with 4.56 gears and ARB's. Of course the stock 231 has an SYE. I am running a full array of skid plates, tube fenders, trail corners, A-Z Rocker guards, some sheet metal trimming in the rear. I am right now running 35" ProComp MT's on weld on 32 bolt bead locks. I have a Viar compresser and 3 gallon tank to operate my ARB's and OBA. Of course a CB for talking on the trail. A Warn M6000 and full array of recovery equipment. Well I am sure I am missing something so I will get pix when I can, I am still deployed for a few weeks anyway

That thing looks sweet. Betcha she's mean off road.

Edit: Musta posted same time. That's big ole log! Would you recommend well to well rockers guards or just get the normal type? I'll be in the market soon for them, and have been looking around...

I would say well to well IF you dont mind trimming the back of the fender to get them fit over them. but 99.9% of the time i dont see rigs hit under the flare on the rocker. Fred have you seen josh's tube chassis?

i don't give a damn about my flares as they'll one day be replaced with tubes. I don't think I've seen anyone crush them either, but then again I don't wanna be the first guy i see do it either :)

Get the longest ones you can find. Mine were flare to flare and I want longer ones. I am goint to cut the front of the Guards at a 90* to match the Tube fenders and then going to tube the rear to match the curvature of the opening. It does good offroad. I am happy with it but still have a few things to build and still have Mods to do.

I have not seen Josh's new Tube Chassis. Is it built or did he just buy a Chassis and re-using his axles? Whats he running for a Drivetrain?

He had it built by some guy out in Cali. he sent me a bunch of pics of it being made. I think he is keeping the 14 bolt in the rear and shaving it. the front i think he ended up going with a 609 set up. the motor is a FI 401 with a sm465 tranny. He was throwing around the idea of a atlas or a stack i dont know what he ended up going with. But he got a set of 14" coilovers for all 4 corners and 4 link front and rear. Should be pretty sweet when it is all set up. Hope i will be able to keep up with on the moab trip. lol

You'll be able to keep up no problem. Any built jeep is WAY better than any bought buggy. I htink he could've should've finished his Truggy. It could have been built for way less than I'd bet he's got into that buggy. So is the truggy sold yet?

I know a guy on Tennessee offroad is asking about the front axle and I asked how much for the chassis.
