The bumper in the photo is the one that Eddie did from Ground Pounder Fab. I just add some flares, larger tires and better wheels. I also got new shocks. At this time I did not have the jack mount on the rear bumper and the winch plate was not on the front bumper.

Wow he does a great job. I'll have to see if he is within my budget. Where is he located? Just curious on shipping. I like the tow loops. I have been looking at one in quadratec for $300 bucks. Very nice jeep. I am thinking about putting larger flares on mine. I was afraid I would get a ticket with it the way it is now but so far so good:)Thanks for posting the pics. Very sweet jeep. It's purdy!!!

Oh what size tires are you running?

that is before the 4.5 RE lift. I am running 33x12.5x15 in that photo. He ships fedex and shipping for everything (front and rear) was like 80 bucks. From the time I ordered them to the day I got them it was about a week.

Those clevis mounts are one inch and go all the way through the bumper. Very good work on the bumpers. I would ask about the frame tie in brackets. If you want a gerry can holder or jack mount, they are cheaper through him.

They come unpainted, but I had no problem rattle canning them a couple of times and just plan on touching up any trail damage. The welds look like stacks of dimes and the bumpers are very sturdy.

I just got ahold of him again tonight and ordered the gerry can holder. I would email him and tell him exactly what you are looking for in the bumper. I don't get any kickback or anything, but if you mention that you saw mine he may have an idea since I don't know how many variations he makes.

If I could do one thing different with the bumper, I would have had him add the extensions that wrap under the back of the tub behind the wheel to help protect it if I dropp off something. I think they look pretty sweet and probably work great...but would not want to have to find out.

you can check out his ebay page at http://www.groundpounderfab.com but it is better to email himso you can get exactly what you want.

No problem. I would not recommend him to people if he did not impress me with his product and service. Ordering from him is like having a buddy in the fabrication business. I know people that have actually made trips down to see him and he built the bumper right on their jeep. He even built some custom mods for people also. If he expanded his product selection, I would go with his stuff versus "the big guys" any day.

I know he does additional cages for Jeeps, but I want a bolt-on version of that which he does not offer now, so I am going with Rockhard4x4's sport cage.
