Auto crafts center!

Just got back from an outing today and my new rims and corner guards were sitting on my door step. So who knows how to use the tire mountiing machine at the Auto Crafts shop and ais also handy with a rivet gun. The corner guards came with rivets and I need to drill the holes through the guards and the sheet metal on the jeep. Another question, do I need different lug nuts for these rims? They are black soft 8's.

I can do it and i also have a rivet gun. Ill be there tomorrow with cavjeeper and goose finishing the lift if you wana stop by, Ill throw em on. You gota get the shop to balance because they wont let customers use the machine. Or you can stop by the CTC shop at the top of the parking lot wednesday night and I can balance them there for free.

Well I only recieved 3 of the 5 rims. I should get the rest of my order this week. So I'm shooting for the weekend or after work one day. But yah thanks Rocket I'll let you know when its all in. How long will you guys be there tomorrow. Church ends at 1200ish, I'll come buy after to check out the fun.

Not really sure how long, cav doesnt know if he can skimp out till we can get it done. atleast till 12. Gona be there at 830 when they open and go till we cant no more lol. Just let me know when you get all the rims. We can switch them out at my class one night this week and itll be free :D. Prolly will be better for wednesday or thursday though. Got stuck doing pt next saturday cuz people dont know how to show up on time to formations but ill be free after if we end up waiting till the weekend. Just let me know.

If we can get calvin to show us how to line up the lca's and uca's then its should go very quick. I know once he showed me, it went in in about 20 minutes from where you are now. The only main problem i see is the rear shock bolts and getting them out.

lol no im at home she was actually understanding she was just mad earlier because the guys at autozone gave her the run around and were rude to her when she went in to buy one of those accessory packs of nuts and bolts of various sizes and then when she tried to call me I had no reception so that made things worse. but all in all she was fine when i got home

as far as tomarrow goes I just confermed that I have to be at work by 1200 regardless so hopefully we can get it done fairly quickly. I would hate to leave it again

I can give you a hand for a few in the morning bro. Yea, shock mount bolts is my bad, couldnt getthe either so just ripped shocks off, but hey, looked like I did something, lol. It was fun today guys, just wish i couldve stayed longer but the wife wanted to tan then after that she decided to go get a pedicure, so thats why I didn't make it back.....If its not done by 12 tomm. nic Im sure me and they guys can have it done by time you get off....(cough..free beer..cough) j/k

I might try to swing by tomorrow. I got my fender flare on today, boy was that a chore. Plus I started pulling off some chrome bits and prepped them for painting. I also have to sell girlscout cookies at the mini mall from 1300-1600, so if anyone wants any of them come on by. (Sorry can't resist a shameless plug for my little girl).

You can use it Daddyfitz, you have an ID card so all you would have to do is take the safety course. I believe its on Thurday and Saturdays. But its a real nice shop.

We are doing our finals this week so no time to switch really. I can do it for you at the shop saturday if you want. I can mount them and the shop can do the balancing for $20.

i meant thats what the shop charges for them to balance them. THey wont let anyone use the balancer. I can stop by and help you out saturday though. Cant really say what time till friday after FF cuz our pl sgt was saying he wanted us to do about a 3 hours pt thing saturday morning. Hoping he forgot.
