Thanks guys. I try and stay heavy with 4wd. they are a close nitted family. but will ventue over here. I wanna make a post on the Ot forums. But not sure I should.
good to go, hope you beat it!
Welcome. Well, the MJ site is not really supposed to be a replacement for the other boards, but more of an additional resource for the military folks to use to connect with one another. I think that the knowledge learned from the other boards will eventually be brought into here if someone has an issue. I look at it as, I am not able to post on every jeep board out there and don't get to read everything on all the boards, but if someone has an issue that someone knows is covered on another board, they can post the answer or point them in the right direction.
so, welcome and hope that you get well. I know it has been said before, but if you need anything, ask.
Thanks guys, heh I can and will add my knowledge of the beast for anyone who needs it, I worked for Jeep dealer after getting out AF back in mid 80's until I opened my own shop GotJeepWeDo.com. Loved it and miss it. Many, many Jeeps went thru my shop, with a many smiles on the owners faces when they left. Also should I get email notification when someone posts on a thread I'm on?
Thanks John

This is pretty basic Forum Software, so I don't believe that there is a subscription option. I'll look more into it for you.

I think that you have to select "add to watch lists" at the top of the topic that you want to track. Once you do this, go to the "my stuff" tab at the top of the page and make sure that you select yes for "should replies to my watched lists be emailed to me" or it says something like that. I am not sure I would want a reply to every topic that I reply to myself, so being able to pick and choose which ones I want to track would actually work for me, but it is really the only thing available for this board at this time. Maybe when the updated version is released, there will be more options.
Actually, I had no idea I could have an email send on certain topics that I was tracking..this will make it easier. thanks.
