I have the registration form/Waiver for for Camp MJ ready if anyone wants it early I can email it and you can print it and bring it with you complete in order to save a little time

The form has 4 name slots on it however it is one sheet per vehicle, so if you have 2 in one jeep and 2 in another you need 2 forms. For minors (under 18) put htier name on a name slot and the parent/guardian sign under
