Flagpole - Update

i was climbing flagpole yesterday with some of my friends, with the intent of smoking some hookah on top. and on the way up i couldn't help but notice a few startling changes to the trail.
the hill climb is closed. remember the hill climb was really rutted out. basically trees were put along the top of the hill and the hills were covered with fresh dirt.

The mud pits are blocked off now also. the whole place was covered in fresh dirt and downed trees were put along the back side where it got deeper/more rutted. they put up a little booth kind of thing with stuff like "tread lightly" and "area behind closed, stay on trail, no switchbacks" etc...

also the whole trail has been grated or something because it was really really smooth just about the whole way up. usually they just grate the gravel, but it was more this time.

also we walked out to the dam over switzer lake and it was pretty sweet.

Yeah...on the camp out trip we made (last month?) that's what it looked like. It was my first time there though, so I don't know what it used to look like.
