ok so here is the photo thread for cap mj midwest. The only still photo I have came from Fred. He wanted to show me a new trail that they all turned around on. So he and I went and went ..... we made it all the way and I broke my 44 axle shaft at the last 10 feet, when I backed up so Fred could have video of me finishing the trail-no one had yet.

its a new website im working on. nothing is there yet and it will be a while before i get some time to finish it up. but gives everyone a chance to upload any size .zip file. just register, create a post and add an attachment. (you can also host images there in the gallery, any size)
hopefully ill get that vid done this week before i have to redeploy

I want to say thanks to Fred and Solar Rubi for every thing this was the first time since 07 since my jeep has been out and i had to learn to drive it all over again with its new drive train and these two guy helped alot and i can't wait to wheel with these guys again.

here is Dfoot going up the end of rocker nocker, if you look at the pass. side shackle you can see it got laided back against the frame and all the bouncing he lost the shim on the driverside spring. Watch around the three minute mark you can watch a big chunk of mud almost take off Freds head.

I don't have any with the banner. I can send you the ones I have though and you can decide.
I'd like to get all the pics of the event as well. toss them into a .zip file then post on http://rockcrawl.org and add the .zip file as an attachment. file size limit for a .zip file is 4 gigs. LoL
the gallery is also a place to host your images. tons of room there for you all:

when I get all the pics I'll put them together into a video.

Fred i have 400 pics in my face book photo alblums, camp jeep I and II. Most 200 came from other people photo bucket accounts and i am locked out of my photbucket account at the minute.
i looked at making the video today but after a couple hours of ripping photos off the net (facebook and photobucket...) its going to take way too much time doing that. and i cant get the videos
im trying to get it done before i redeploy this weekend. but i need your help. put all your photos and video into a .zip file and add it as an attachment on my site. there is a 4GIG limit on the space. it is more than enough to get all the vids and pics. when i got everyones images and videos it will only take me about 2 hours to make the video and then upload it to youtube.
currently if i continue to rip photos its going to take at least a day. i have to edit all the photos and resize some of them. then they look like crap in the video since they are low quality on the free image hosting sites. (they resize them for lower quality) plus i cant get your videos off the sites as well. but i would like to have them in the video of camp mj midwest 2010
you can also try to email them to me. though i cant garuntee they will be delivered. there could be an attachment size limit when emailing .zip files.

I keep getting a cant finish because I am missing a certificate, I know some got in.
I had problems too. The file was only 700mb zipped.
odd. im testing the connection now. uploading 760MB of videos in a .zip file
I REALLY need a shot of all the jeeps with the banners guys....this is gonna be bad times with out it

Since my friends at http://militaryjeepers.com are unable to add a large attachment with their latest Camp MJ event, I have given them access to upload via FTP.
I set-up an FTP account for Camp MJ Events.
FTP Username: campmj@rockcrawl.us
Password: imagevideo1#
FTP Server: ftp.rockcrawl.us (ftp://ftp.rockcrawl.us)
FTP Server Port: 21
Quota: unlimited MB
You can use any ftp program to access and upload your files.
I recommend FIREFOX BROWSER (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ie.html?from=getfirefox) with the FireFTP ADD-ON (http://fireftp.mozdev.org/).
It is what I use to upload files and such to my websites.
Install firefox then install the fireftp add-on.
Now in firefox go to TOOLS and click on FIREFTP.
Enter in the above logon info and connect. all done. now you have a place to store your images and videos.
The path to the directory is http://rockcrawl.org/campmj/ all the files uploaded this way will be in this folder. you can link directory to your images and video.

ok i think i got it to work i put 400 pics in there, they are a combination of mine, larry and Mark . Not sure if i got in the total right place it would work as you had it listed
looks like the FTP is working. another thing i forgot to mention. you can upload folders as well. when looking at firefox and the fireftp you can drag and drop folders into the fireftp as well. instead of individual images.
this way your files are in a folder and they are easy to find :p

Hate to beat a dead horse but I passed on individual pix figuring I will print an 8x10 group pic with certificate for each and every sponsor. About 90% of the sponsors all they asked for from us was a pic of the group or the individual who won thier product. If I fail to produce this I will not contact any buisness for furture sponsorship due to our lack of holding our end of the bargin.
I didn't have a camera with me but there were 5-6 taking pix of the group. I know SOMEONE has one with the banners and I really need it
