As discussed at our last meeting we are attempting to gain sponsorship like our brethren from the mid west. I have the sponsorship letter and have sent out to the following people:

Attempting to contact Coors since they are local

I will be stopping by Crazy Ed's tomorrow and faxing out the letter to some other companies.

while at the race today I made contact with Justin Lilly from Stay the Trail. He said that he will try his best to make it out there, if not him then try to stage a trailer out there for the day. Worse comes to worse he will hook us up with some goodies. Also had some face time with Darren Henke from http://www.cranehiclearance.com/ Handed him our sponsorship letter and explained a little about us. He said when he gets back to Denver he would be in contact with me so hopefully the both of them are in for us.

got letters out to master pull, currie, and 4wp. also spoke with mike the gm at rmc distributing who is our local coors contact. he said that most likely we could be hooked up with swag and/or product. i mentioned the 75 dollar charge we have to use the koa picnic area (i was holding off on paying until i spoke to coors) seeing if coors could pony that up. he like all ideas and said he has to bring it up with his boss's before he could make a move but was very positive.

James emailed the guy he knows up at extreme 4x4 and he said that they already had something going on the weekend of Camp MJ. I can have him email the guy again to see if someone can come out. We may have to plan earlier next year so that we can get them out.

Put AEV down for a sponsor. Unfortunately, I couldnt talk them into donating a Brute Conversion Package, they were a little hesitant on giving one of those away. Gift cert should be in the mail today and here by the end of the week along with some AEV propoganda.

Do we have "goodie" bags we will be giving away at registration with Stickers, fliers, fillers, etc? I could see if 4 wheel parts and supply can donate some if we dont have any.

Those sound like a good idea. Ken, do you have more stuff that could go in a swag bag? If you do, it would be nothing to get some fabric and sow some up. May even be able to get an MJ logo placed on some cloth so the bags have the logo on them.

Matt, I may need to know which shop we get our shirts done at and see what they are willing to help with.

Have you heard from PSC, 4 Wheel Drive Hardware, or Pro Chrysler Jeep? I have heard from Teraflex and goodies are in the mail. I was/ am trying Warn but have not heard from them.

I will call psc today and my buddy at pro; will email Kelly at 4wdh today. Did the aev stuff make it to you? If so, there should be 3 yellow oval aev stickers for me mixed in there. They are replacements for my rockers when I get them powder coated. If you haven't, it should be in the mail to me then.
