View Full Version : Headlight adjustments on a lifted Jeep
I only bring this up because a lifted Jeep was following me in today and their headlights where extremely bright.
Can you readjust them so they don't shine in the windows of cars at normal distance? I realize that when you are stopped and waiting to go there is not much you can do but do you lower them so they are not from a safe distance?
yes, there are adjusting screws up and don left and right the screw driver is a t-20
By doing this, does it screw up your light when one is off roading?

Not at all.... They just adjust to the spec hight.
I actually found out that if I position my jeep behind a car a certain way, the light shines right into the drivers side mirror and the driver has to cover their eyes with their hands....but I have only done that at stop lights. I got my new lights in the mail this week and once I get the fat boys in, people in low vehicles better not cut me off.

Whatever, you know you get the urge when that lady jaw-jackin on her cell phone jumps in front of you when you're going quite faster than her.

I also lowered my lights because they would shine on their center and driver side mirrors... People would slow down, get next to me and start yelling. They would also move out of the way which it was nice. /images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
