What to do around Hill AFB

I am going to be in the Hill area 17-23 Jul. I would like to get out and see some back country on the 18th. Anybody have any ideas or recomendations other that the "adventure" guide companies I have found online?

Don't know much about the area as I've only been to southern Utah, but there should be a bunch of stuff to do there with the mountains and all.

Ive been looking online and I think i may just do one of the guided ATV rides around Salt Lake. The prices arent too bad and it should get me out into some nice scenery.
