View Full Version : Multi Chapter Joint Ride Labor Day

OK Guys most all military and associated have a long weekend Labor Day Weekend. We are going to put together a multi chapter joint ride at Land Between The Lakes, KY (Turkey Bay OHV)

The OHV Park costs $15 for a weekend or day ($60 for a season) and has primitive camping on site. Camping is $6 a night. Camping areas are set up and tents and campers can mingle easy. The Best camping for tenters is just in the wood line but for campers RIGHT on the lake. This park is really NOT very hard (although it can be made as hard as you want) Theres a man made rock garden but otherwise its alot of hills, gullies, and loose gravel. The Park is 95% in the shade. This is probably my favorite place I know to wheel because its as hard or easy as you make it.

We should be back. Its the first Monday in sept and we are supposed to be back aug. 25.

we were told that we were coming back the fist week of september.. you have to remember rocket im in 1-26 which is all ate up lol

o i hear ya, 201st is just as bad. Our advance party leaves monday and they dont even know what time yet lol

But i am hopin to be back. Im sure the plans will get screwed up though but i guess its something to look forward to lol

Lets each Chapter get a count going and when we are closer we will figure food, best to cook right at the campsite as a group.
Ft Campbell, Ft Knox and Ft Leonard Wood are the three Chapters in this right now, HOWEVER if any other chapters read this and wanna come repost and get ir done

Could have been I dunno. I work off of Brave Rifles Ave. My truck says XJ Stryker on the back so you would know it was me. Plus I prolly got the ugliest XJ on Knox lol.

Sat morn eggs, bacon, sausage, and maybe bisquets?
Sat Lunch sandwithces on the trails?
Sat dinner, hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, steaks, sides, beers?

Sunday repeat of Sat?

So we need to figure out:
1. Whos camping or going to be there for what meals?
2. Whos bringing what?
3. Whos wheeling
