I'll be up in November and I ahve a buddy who is already in Eilson, and another friend who will be there after Korea. We will get the Alaska chapter built and going strong.....just give it some time. Start hitting up people on base and get things going. Thats how the West Texas Southern New Mexico chapter got built. Lots of word of mouth and people who want to wheel

we just moved here from boston...5000 miles in a 26' uhaul towing the jeep...what an adventure...we are both working on elmo, she is at the 611th and i am at the aero club...would love to do a run sometime. we are buying a house in eagle river. dont yet know the spots to go wheelin' yet, but i am sure we will find them soon.

I'm on Elmo as well, I just got the Jeep back from the shop (tranny rebuild). Once I get my lift done I will be ready to go, I've also got some fellow Jeepers here on base that are down.

Big run this Saturday! Alaska Extreme Four wheelers out of Anchorage are meeting up at the Shell gas station on the corner of DeBarr and Boniface at 0730 to leave for Knik Glacier trail @ 0800 sharp.
It takes about 40 minutes, give or take, to get to the trail head. Meeting at the trail head around 0900 with wheelers from Wasilla/Palmer/Sutton.

We are expecting a large turn out- maybe 20 to 30 rigs. If you would like more information on this trip please contact me before Saturday morning:
