I posted this in the fort bragg section since I know people here and hopefully yall can put the word out

I originally planned on building up this Cherokee... I have had nothing but cherokee for offroad machines so I wanna go for a YJ/TJ since Eric gave me the bug for them these last few weeks...

1992 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4door 4.0 4x4

The Jeep has about 187,000 Miles on it
The Rear brakes need to be replaced!
The Rear axle is a dana 35 and the gear ratio is 3.55
The Engine "4.0" needs a tune up but does run same goes for the tranny
The Rear Leafs need to be replaced
Interior is very clean
The pipe from the muffler back needs to be replaced on the exhaust
4x4 works it has the NP242 transfer case
Passanger door has a dent in it
Looks like the front end may have rammed something a while back but was fixed...
The Bright light toggle clicker thing doesnt work
I do have the title but I left it at my fathers house in TX with the rest of my impoartant paper work when I went on leave he is going to be mailing it to me once he returns from his vacation.

I paid $1300 for it but I will take $700 OBO

I am gonna list it on craigslist for $850

I know you've caught the Wrangler bug (I can't blame you), but I was thinking (I know, scary), I bet we could make a decent long arm for that thing for fairly cheap. Tires would be expensive, but you could take them off and put em on your new whip once you got it. Think of it this way, it could be fun, get you back on the trails, and you'll get to cut your fenders off! And hey, it might even work;)

You could pick mine up for $500, it's got a budget boost and 31" bfg mt's. It's a little rougher than Drew's though

Oh, Drew's Jeep was ALMOST mine yesterday. He only had one guy going to look at it and if he didn't take it it was MINE, but he did. Bastard. I thought I was going to have a cheap DD. Oh well....need to start saving now.
