I've had a couple PMs about the bumpers that we build. I thought I would post some pics of other customer's (Jeep and non-jeep) so everyone could see. Since we specialize in custom fab, these bumpers are all one-offs and the customer had input into the design.

This is a customer's S10. The main body is 2"x6" 1/4"wall tubing with 1/8" plate for the sides. The stinger is 1 3/4" DOM and we hid the 10K T-max winch we sold him inside. Then we machined a new release handle and poked that through the bumper.

This is a customer's XJ. He wanted recessed driving lights, so we sunk them into the ends and wired them to his low beams.

Customer's ZJ. He just wanted something that could withstand brush busting in Alaska.

Customer's ZJ. He drove to us from Delaware. 2 days after this pic was taken, his ZJ burned to the ground while he was wheeling. Dry grass layed on his cat and started the fire. The only thing he was able to save was the bumper we built.

No, but only because we have never had a customer with a JK. Would love to build a custom bumper for one though!

Here are some more pics that I found. Most of these were built when Damien and I were still in Alaska.

Here's another XJ:

I haven't actually weighed our front bumpers, since we have built so many different styles. If I were to guess, I'd say the front bumpers weigh more than 50lbs but less than 100lbs. I know that's a broad spectrum, but that's the best I can do without weighing one.

I'd really like to see a pic of the one that found it's way on to Jeff's jeep. That thing looks good, and has found its way on my list.

There will be some pics later this week. I just got in from a trip this weekend and am slammed at work. Bumper is SWEET and built to take some direct fire and keep on motoring. Thanks Rob...I'll get some pics up in a few days. I gave out your number and web address to several people in Alabama that saw it over the weekend. The general concensus is that it is just SIC!

Pics to follow...
