Im getting into colorado springs on the 21st, On the 22nd Me and a buddy or two are planning a run, thinking eagle rock or sarah wrap for just a little nice break me back into driving my jeep and getting out in the moutains for a day. Who all would be interested in running it this sunday? Its not a very hard trail you can find write ups on traildamage.com. hope to hear back alot of people that wanna make the run. Im not sure about times depends on what everyone can do. i know sunday runs compete with some peoples church time so im willing to go in the afternoon if it will get more guys to make this break me back in run. lol

i'm out, damn, i really want to make it back to eagle rock, i've got a score to settle with that trail (it ate my fan blades and put a hole in my radiator). but i'll be hosting a charity event for Wheelers For The Wounded that day at my place in Parker.

Did Eagle last weekend. She's a little messy. Cost me a tie rod, but otherwise fun..just frustrating in a few spots.
Would love to run again..but should be doing some repairs and installs this weekend. Yay.

ok here's a pic of the truck i'll be in. i'll park near the road so it should be too hard to find us if needed. you can litterally see this thing from about 1.5 mi away

i ended up not going. didnt get any solid lets go post so i stayed home and turned wrenches on the jeep all day. got the front bumper on there (thanks eddie fit like a condom) and threw on the new winch. that all went pretty smooth had to a little triming of the new bumper to get everything to work out right but in the end it was a few hours of work but well worth it. hope we can get a trail run going soon so i can get some pics up.

I found an old 9000 lb winch that I am thinking about snagging. It is an old factory Jeep winch off of a Comanche a friend wants to sell. Need to check it out and see if it still works. Then I will be wrenching too.
