I was TDY but have been back for some time. While I was there I passed out some MJ fliers since I was out of business cards but no one perm party was a member.

At least Lawton has a mall and you can get pretty much what you need. We drive to Lawton to get our stuff, that or down to Wichita Falls.

Ha! Graham's is closed, and I guess re-opened as somehting else. Apparently they had $0.25 beer, though. I have yet to visit, and it's not high on the priority list. Or ON the priority list.

Yeah, the water isn't great. I put in an RO kit, so we don't go dehydrated.

Saying the water isn't great is an understatement. The water is horrible! What are you doing down there?

I know that. I meant you. Like are you teaching at one of the schools or what?
Haha you're always hating on San Angelo. I'm out here too going to school. If you hang out in the nice end of town over by walmart and homedepot it ain't that bad. You were probably sticking around the ghetto area- you just got to know where to go.
I know the wheeling isn't quite like colorado, I do miss that, but there are some amazing offroad parks within a couple hours driving time which is pretty close for how big texas is. Ketemcy rocks is only like an hour away, then you got Canyons offroad park about an hour and a half, and you got Hidden Falls about 2 hours away. Then like 3 other random parks that open some of the weekends. All of these parks have amazing trails.
I am surprised there aren't more people on Military Jeepers from san Angelo, I have seen probably 20 build jeeps on base, and about 100 around town.

I do hate that place. I just haven't had any good experiences in that town. I figured that there might be a few Jeepers there but there wasn't. I even tried to spread the word with no luck. I do have one story that involves a person living there but it's not forum appropriate.

Yea, I'm teaching. So far, it's been enjoyable. For the most part, the people are good. Then again we came from Southern Cali, so we were used to that...

Well no one really drinks the water, so whatever they're giving us is getting to us another way... airborne flouride, maybe?
I'm at the intel school.
