Hey Mark, I lost your number but I wanted to let you know that I checked and made sure that DEERS/Tricare enrollment start when they inprocess basic training. She will be able to get an ID card and use Tricare as soon he inprocesses at basic. Also, the Army will pay for their PCS to his first duty station if they are married before the move. Let me know if there is anything else.
