I need to take care of a few rust spots and I am looking for some POR15. Does anyone know if there is anyplace local that sells it.

Check out Chassis Saver from Monstaliner... it does a better job than POR15... as in POR15 doesn't neutralize the rust it just keeps it from spreading. Chassis Saver actually converts the rust to a non-oxide form and then seals/encapsulates it.
