Water Pump?

So I go to lunch today and notice the puddle forming under my Heep. Turnds out it is coolant dripping from where the lower radiator hose goes into the water pump. I drive over to the gas station in the Town Center on Belvoir (in the blizzard) to pick up some coolant and it starts the run hot while driving slow/cool off when at speed.

Korisu56 and I put in a new thermostat a week or so ago and it worked perfectly until today.

Could it be a bad waterpump?

It's definitely a bad water pump... I just went through this about 6 months ago with my XJ. Replaced it.... no further issues. :)
