Allright a little background on me:
Born and raised in Hot Springs, AR (about 15 minutes from the entrance of the Superlift ORV park. Joined the Navy when I was 20. Been in 8 years and some change, I'm an EO2 in the Seabees, (Equipment Operator) fun job. Been to Iraq twice with a battalion out of Gulfport, MS NMCB-74. Transfered to my current duty station in Va Beach, VA and am going to leave here Mar. '08 for a 1 year tour in Bahrain.

I have a wife, ex-wife, a 6 year old little boy named Tracker, and a 1 year old little girl named Shelby. The kids are my pride and joy, everything else is just a bonus.

The vehicles:
I have owned Jeeps and Toyotas all my life. I bought a 2005 Wrangler Unlimited in April of 06 and wheeled it with 35's for a while, kept breaking U-joints in the front shafts so I got pissed and went and stuck a 78 Ford HP60 under the front and an '87 Chevy 14 Bolt rear, stuffed with 5.13's and Detroits. Decided that a custom 3 link front/triangulated 4 link rear was in order so thats what happened. Was running 42" IROKS but hated them, so I went to what I know, HMMWV H1 recentered wheels and 39.5 TSL's. It is a work in progress and we all know they're never really done are they.

My wife is also active duty and a Seabee as well, SW (steelworker), YES she can weld like none other. She has an old 94 Grand Cherokee that is about to be cut up into a buggy with Rockwells and 47" LTB's, she also has a TDI Jetta to drive back and forth to work.

My daily driver consists of a Diesel Super Duty Ford, which also pulls double duty as a tow rig, someone stole my trailer, but nonetheless, still a tow rig from time to time.

Thats enough for now I guess.

Thanks for the compliments, I'm taking it to Crozet Sun. for some "hardcore" wheelin'. Have some work to do to it Fri. and Sat., were going to lower it about 3.5-4 inches and have to rebuild my front links and put in my new axle shafts, 4340 chromolly and CTM's, all 35 spline crap.

Welcome. I am from Gurdon. Used to make the Hot Springs runs for beer in the younger days since Clark County is dry. I wheeled Superlift back in May while I was home on leave. Nice park.

gotta prove you wrong here...

lived at Yokota for 6 years and had a blast and did more wheeling than I ever did in the states... check out the site I made, it's got pics and trail maps... www.geocities.com/yokota4wd (http://www.geocities.com/yokota4wd)

pick up a cheap 4wd (I had a daihatsu rocky) and wheel the crap outta it.
