i keep all receipts for the mods and maintenance and i just jot down the current odometer reading on them... for gas reciepts i write down the miles driven on that tank and calculate gas mileage on the back of them. proof of everything helps when i decide to ditch the liberty and get a GC Overland :cool:

Its even more fun than wheeling a wrangler, which i have done. its not becuase the wrangler isnt fun, but you know and expect a wrangler to tackle a level 7 trail, but a liberty will surprise you every time. its like it has dual personalities... pull up the lever to 4wd and everything about how it drives changes... the brakes, throttle, idle speed.

i am actually trying to get away from those guys. everything turns into a pissing contest, nothing anyone ever wants to do to their jeep is ever good enough, and one of them has expressed that i have paranoia personality disorder and he has met me once. there were three instances where race was brought up and i was very offended, they cleaned that up however. the LOST Rockies colorado chapter stopped wheeling all together, im not sure what happened at all... great group of people tho. plus id like to learn more about the other models of jeeps and the people who own them!
im not going to leave it as they have cleaned stuff up a great deal, but i am going to spend less and less time on it
