So, I trash the 3-4 shift fork on my bastard child XJ.
(87, 4.0, AX-15, D44 rear yadayadayada...)
Well, I ordered one yesterday, Monday the 7th. Today, not even 23 hours later, it's HERE!!!!!
This was on the regular UPS shipping!
Great folks to deal with!

Awesome dude. I like them for a variety of things. I go to their tent sales, but this last year wasn't that good for us CJ guys.

Not to mention their suppliers are in PA.... but yes, I've been happy with them as well.

I am also a fan. I've spent around $4K with them since i've had my Jeep, on like 12 orders, never had a problem once. Plus, they send stickers every time, so my beer fridge is covered in them. ;):beer:

I never had a problem with them at all. Everytime I order something, it is usually here within a couple days (even my tires). I think they always forget to put a sticker in my box though :(. I know I had a question about an item and I called their customer service and they were really helpful which is always a plus!

Being stationed in Germany nothing has taken longer then 10 days to get here....def my fav place to order from

Given the volume of stuff I have ordered from them, one small hiccup that I experienced during my last deployment is still OK. I called them and they fixed it. They do tend to charge credit cards for separate items on the same order though and it freaked out my credit card company.

last time i ordered from them was on a Sunday online. well there was some kinda issue with the item and they called me first thing Monday morning to figure out an alternative

Glad to hear the good experiences with them. I have an order on the way for a Lange hoist for my hardtop. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Thanks everyone.

It was the same living in VA, no need to pay extra for next day shipping! wish they would open up on this side of the country.

I have placed orders from three different states and two countries and NEVER had a problem with them. I only had a small issue with one of the items that I ordered, it turned out to be that I had the wrong item and they sent me another and told me just to keep the other one for free.

I've only ordered them from them once. I ordered a locking gas cap and TJ filler bezel. Both were routed to NJ with the wrong routing. The bezel made it to CO went back to NJ and now is back in CO and still not here yet. Supposed to be here tomorrow. It shipped originally on the 24th of June. Ahhh waiting. I will say it shipped pretty much immediately after I ordered it.

I placed a big order with 4WheelDriveHardware. Everything except my aluminum valve cover came within a week.

I called 4WDH and they said it shipped seperatly. OK.

3 weeks later and no valve cover. I called and then was told it was on back order! They had already charged my card!!

I canceled the order, and called Q-tech. Told them what I needed, made sure it was in stock, and explained what happened.

Q-tec sent it 'overnight' for no extra charge, becuase I needed it for the weekend.:cool:

After that, I started using them first. And I spent over $5K in 2 years with 4WDH on my CJ resto-mod, but that didn't help with customer service at all.00i00

Same Here.....They have always checked and been upfront with me about whether something was 'in stock' or going to take some time to ship. I have nothing but good things to say......wish they had a full 10% military discount though!

Ive had great luck with them, except this last time. soft top windshield mounts said in stock and email said in stock and never came. Then I emailed and they said back ordered and will give me eta following day. No contact since and I have emailed them. Its been a little over a week.

Opened a box with my new shocks a couple of days ago. Three Bilstein 5100s and one Bilstein 5150....GRRRRR. I called them expecting to get the runaround; NOPE. They shipped the right one out and sent UPS to my door to pick up the wrong one! GREAT JOB Q-TEC!!!
