OK Ladies and Gentlemen
Here it is the official release of Camp Military Jeepers Mid West (Camp MJMW) 2011.
The event will be held Fri June 3rd Thru Sun June 5th. This will be the second annual event being held at the Southern Missouri Off Road Ranch http://www.smorr.net/ (http://www.smorr.net/)
Please keep in mind Militaryjeepers.com membership requirements. You must be past or present US Military and own a jeep in order to be a member. Membership is free, MEMBERSHIP IS NOT required to attend our event however if you meet membership requirements we would like you to join.
At SMORR you will need to provide the park fees noted on this www.smorr.net (http://www.smorr.net/); And if you want a meal ticket you can purchase at the gate house for $7 ea, this will get you 1 dinner- Pulled pork sandwich, drink, beans, potato salad and desert with all the condiments.
PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for T-shirts, Stickers pay pal ady L_Schrecengost@yahoo.com
Dead line for Tshirt order is 15 MAY 2011 (2 weeks to print)
1. Single attendant (1 shirt, 1 sticker, and 1 dinner for Sat Night) $15
2. Double Attendant (2 Shirts, 2 stickers, 2 dinners for Sat Night) $30
3. Custom (as many number 1's as needed)
4. Additional Items (as many of each as needed); Additional Meal ticket $7 each (at the gate); Additional T-shirt $12 each; Additional sticker $3
Pre-registration cut off will be 20:00 on Sun May 15th, shirt and sticker orders will be submitted on May 16th. Pre-registration will be handled by Ghost00TJ (Larry Schrecongost) at L_Schrecengost@yahoo.com (http://mrd.mail.yahoo.com/compose?To=L_Schrecengost%40yahoo.com)
The intent as of now (subject to change) will be:
Friday into night everyone begin arriving, dinner on your own and sporadic trail rides as folks desire on their own
Sat. Breakfast on your own, 07:30 drivers and trail guides meet and determine groups. 08:00 Group Picture then immediately on to the trails. Break for lunch as groups see fit. Continue till 17:00. Dinner 17:30 for those who paid, all else dinner on their own. 19:00 raffles. Night ride as desired.
Sun. Break camp and depart on your own, trails are open if some still want to ride
