Heading to Volkel Netherlands, APK insp questions.

I'm taking my Jeep to The Netherlands, does anyone know about tire/fender criteria for passing inspection over there?
I have 33x12.50s the stick out past my stock flares about 3 inches. Is that going to be ok?
Also, any other info you might think I should know before shipping it over would be appreciated.

Buy flares before you come or you will fail, plus you can get them cheaper in the states
