Im pretty sure learning how to drive would of also saved him from not having to test his stinger out. IMHO

True, but better to have extra protection as a just in case than none at all. This coming from the guy who did Crozet without any Armor!:D

It's all good. Having no armor has kept me fairly sane with it. :D

Though I am armoring Georgia's YJ as much as possible.
Got Diff guards Front & Rear.
Engine Skid
Sliders ordered with lift. (Rough Country was having a sale for TJ/YJ ones, didn't check XJ yet)

Rear Bumper with a Tire Carrier is on the want list for her, but now I might add a front with Stinger on that list as well.

I don't think I have ever heard anyone complain about having too much armor Yeti. You and I tend to think alike on that one...better safe than sorry.

My five year old boy just watched that with me and he was LHAO. Never really liked the look of the stinger bumper before but now I might have to consider it.

Yeah.. bent the center. Didn't realize it until I tried to drive it... the tire was wobbling really bad. I also broke a fan blade off the electric fan. Didn't find that out until the next trip. Luckily, it just fell down in the fan shroud and didn't get a chance to tear the radiator up.

I like living on the edge and have found the clutch to be a better preventer of rollovers apposed to stingers and such. I have had both back wheels off the ground on really steep climbs, and I have had it stood up on end at about 85 degrees. As close to an endo as I would ever want. If I had went over on the several occasions and had a stinger, it would have acted like a pole vault and flipped my jeep right on it lid then procceded to roll. I aint sold on stinger. All the times I have been hanging a whole axle in the air a few feet the clutch has always put it back on all fours. Sometimes it is just rougher then others.

Oh I do have a video of one time when I stood it up on end, but I am at work and cant get to it here. I will try and post it up later.

agreed. He didnt seem to think enough to have an outside spotter and tried to shoot a stupid line. I have never and still do not run a stinger on my comp jeep because they take away from your turning radius and are added weight. But besides that their main function is that so you dont roll straight forwards over the front but instead it pushes you to either side.

In the clip that one seems to have dug into the dirt. He got very lucky.

He shoulda had a spotter. Rad clip though.

He is very VERY lucky.

Was That caused by poor four link angles ?the way it bunny hopped like that well and obviously too much right foot then mashing brake
