Trails in Wisconsin

So my wife and I had planned a trip to northern Minnesota to use the state trails in early August. With the state still in a deadlock over the budget we figured we needed a plan B. We are looking for suggestions on trails in Wisconsin. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Try this, my local club is planning a run here the last weekend in July:

AVF, or Apple Valley Farms, event put on by the RPM club.

I haven't been there yet, but it looks like fun. I'm pretty bummed about the state having their head up their wazzuu myself, really sucks!

There's also Ma & Pa Rockers in WI, but usually need a group to set up a weekend.

If you do decide to hit my neck of the woods, I can give you info about a lot of nice Forest Service roads up past Grand Marais. Nothing real technical, but some great sight seeing (especially in the fall) and lots of lakes for fishing.
