anyone good with electrical work?

i got a new motor for my sun roof cuz mine is going out but i am no good with electrical stuff and dont want to mess this up! any help would be appreciated and i really dont feel like payin some shop to do it.

I could help too, but I don't want to take the liner out. Electrical stuff is pretty easy. You will also have to make sure the gears are lined up right. I could throw in my two cents if you need.

sounds good but i now have a delima... i was looking through my haynes manual and there is no chapter dealing with a sunroof so im not sure what the proper steps are or what tools i need or if i have the right tools. i posted a thread on jeepforum.com but no one answered me askin if anyone had the steps to do this job. fyi i am willing to travel to someones house to do the work instead of doing it here. frankly id rather travel the tools i have are my roommates and the garage has his vet and truck inside it and he is on leave for a lil while. im good with whatever day mon or tues whatever is better with ray since he is the knowledgeable one

found some steps online so we should be ok ill probably be heading up to arins place sometime on monday afternoon
