View Full Version : Orders to Denver Recruiting District

Just got my orders today for NRD Denver! I have to go to Pensacola first then report to Denver in December, I still don;t know what station I will be working in yet. I hope to get a hold of the Chief Recruiter tomorrow and see what they have open, I just hope they don't say I am going to Oklahoma!

Welcome to the region. If you don't get oklahoma, it's kewl because Colorado is a nice place to me too and I'm sure we wouldn't mind having you here.

I am pretty stoked, I used to live in vail and really miss it up there. I just wish that Vail had a station.

I am a former Marine that has still not accepted that I was too old for the USMC to take me back.

I was at 1st Tanks TOW CO with USMCHarleyJeepGuy back in 86-91 and then in 2004 tried to come back in the Corps and they said I was too old at 36. I even tried 3 seperate waivers and took a PFT for them and still no, so I joined "Big Blue". I guess I am still in denial, I still have more time in the Corps and when I hit the point of more in the Navy I will accept it.
