I know I've given a few shout out's to these guys before on threads.
But they did good once again!
I needed new bushings for the front of the leaves on my XJ, now IRO doesn't carry Rough country stuff, but will order it for folks.
Since they are a MN company, and I've wheeled with them before, I called 'em and they ordered what I needed.
Problem was, that Rough Country sent me the wrong bushings:mad:
I called Josh at IRO, and he double checked the order, and it was for the big bushings, the invoice even says "(front/large)" on it.
It wasn't IRO's fault, but they handled it, and said they would have the correct ones shipped ASAP.
When I asked what I should do with the ones I got (which are the small ones for the other end of the spring)
He said "Keep 'em, then you'll have spares if you need them."
I also attended their customer appreciation event last month, and had a great time.
Great folks, and even though still a small American company, they put out quality products and know what Customer Service is all about!:flag:
Plus, they are Jeepers!!:beer:
