i got an 87 XJ 5 speed with a Fuel Injected 4.0 in it. just put in a new thermostate and brand new ball joints. the tires are brand new also.

looking at getting 1200.

There is a red wrangler YJ that has been for sale in the lemon lot for a while. it has a winch, CB, and hard top. Can't say too much more about it, but I don't think the guy wanted too much, I think 2800, but can't be sure. As far as lift and stuff, it looked pretty stock. Was thinking on getting it for parts.

She is look to play on the weekends. She wants a Wrangler that is set up for wheeling. It would be her hubby and 1 year old just on the weekend.

I checked out craigslist for her. Man yall got some cheap as jeeps out there!!!

She is looking to spent about 8-9 grand on a nice lifted rig. She told me something in black lol.

Just a thought, but for 8 or 9 grand, she could buy a cheap jeep and hook it up the way that she wants. Stock YJ with no lift: 2000 - 3000, tires and rims: 1000, Black Diamond 3 1/2" lift: 670, Winch: 300. This would be a pretty good start for her and only come to about 5 g's. The other three gran could be put into a stronger rear axle, and selectable lockers front and rear. But this is also assuming that the jeep is otherwise solid. Ok, so there's my 2 cents. If I was right about the red one on post, about the price, it may be something for her to look at. Unfortunately, I gotta go away for a couple of weeks today, so I don't know how much help i'll be.

Ok so I stopped and looked over it a bit after work today it looks like its in decent shape its an 89 6cyl 5 spd with 170,xxx miles has the hard top and a bikini top as well needs tires and the interior shows its age he is asking 5k for it which I would call alot for what it is but he may go lower if offered with cash in hand.
