Amazon. Outstanding Service

So I ordered my Superwinch LP8500 from Amazon. They had the best price I could find online for that winch. I also had free shipping on the winch and a plate. Now if you figure that's just about 100 pounds of shipping that is pretty good. The called me the next business day to tell the winch had shipped but not the plate and it should ship within the next few days but because it didn't ship with the winch they would credit my account $10. While that isn't a huge amount the fact that they called at all was a plus and the customer service rep I talked to was outstanding. I got at least three emails from them before the plate came in checking on status...all in all everything shipped free and arrived w/in 8 business days.

I will continue to buy from them, they are the bomb!
