Oct. 11th! Technical Skills Day and Swap Meet!!!

What's happening:

Come see us at Manassas Jeep for our Annual Technical Skills day and Swap Meet!!!! Learn how to negotiate obstacles, manuever around trees, and take directions from a spotter!! This is open to all Four wheel drive vehicles, and we even have a couple NEW obstacles fo the more "capable" rigs!!!

Enjoy free music, and Food will be available for purchase on-site!!!

Numerous demonstrations throughout the day to include Recovery, Tread Lightly, first aid, trail side repairs, etc.!!!

BRING YOUR STUFF TO SELL, AND BRING CASH!!! There will also be a swap meet on site!!!! Cost will be $10.00 per space, with half of the proceeds going towards U4WDA!!! Only got one or two things to sell? NO PROBLEM!!! Find a buddy, and get a space together!!!
Manassas Jeep will also have their Parts, Service, and Sales departments open to handle any needs you may have!!! Talk to Mike in Parts, Dan or Lincoln in Service, or any of our Sales People. Discounts for NOVA Jeepers Members!!!!

OCTOBER 12th!!!! Annual Fall Foliage Ride!!!
Join us on October 12th for our annual Fall Foliage Ride up Flagpole knob! If you haven't done this before, I'd highly recommend bringing a camera, as the views and colors will be INCREDIBLE!!! Look for the sign-up thread on our website!

My advice to everyone? Do both days!!!! First come to the technical skills day, and learn what your rig can really do!!! Then, take a walk through the swap meet, and buy that ever-elusive muffler bearing. Install your newfound goodies that evening, and that put your newfound parts and skills to use on Sunday!!!!

The technical skills day is great for teaching people to learn lines with their Jeeps in a very low risk setting. When John (NoSigma on NJ) set it up last year, it was great.

It's a good quick lesson on lines and following your spotter's directions.

Course I had thought the Swap Meet was on the 28th at Dick's, heard you all had some difficulty with the management there over things that could be sold.

Shit happens, least Manassas Jeep stepped up to the plate on short notice. :D

We might stop in and check the sales out on our way to Ryan's. Got a special t-shirt in mind to wear :p
