View Full Version : so when are we going wheeling?
just as the title says? i wanted to get the jeep dirty before i drive it home to MD in early December. i got to show trailsnail how a liberty performs on trails and Irish Assasin that i actually wheel my soccer mom car
come join us at wheeler lake this up coming month...........
trail snail, and a 1SG I know on post will be going up in the next 2 weeks
wheeler lake.... wheeler lake....
im looking it up...
ok im not doing that trail at all until i get teh rock rails off of my dinning room table and onto the jeep (along with the lift kit and the lightbar... think installation prices people!)
it has a 5-7 but it only got 3 marks for rock climbing and 3 marks for water crossings but the pictures look to confirm a 5-7 level trail...

i was on jeep forum and sounds like a pretty good sized run is gonna go off on the 18 of october i think im gonna try to hit it up! but im down for a run some time soon too!
FYI wheeler like many trails in our state are over rated to keep guys of them, I ran it with a broke t-case and no protection, plus there are bypasses.
2" of lift I think
lol
anyway actually need to look things up my brother at 4 wheel parts told me they have cosed alot of trails out there due to morroons on the trail screwing it up for the rest of us

I'm up for the wheeler lake run if it's open next Saturday. I you find out that it's closed, we need to figure out something else.
oh yeah, BTW my front end is back together with all the new freshly sandblasted and repained items , now if Scott would bring my wheels back I could see if in my blury morning all items are properly reassembled Otherwise.

What cb channel do you run? Also, I'm not familiar with the area. Where is Red Robin? (I'm at Pete Field)

I'm good both Sat and Sun. Talked to the 6 again about it yesterday and can't wait to get out. Red Robin is off of Lake. Take Circle till it changed to Lake, and take Lake West past 7-11 until you get to Southgate. Make a right on Southgate and you will see Home Depot/Red Robin on the left hand side of the road. I'm gonna pack a lunch for this one.
has it been decided if this is going to be on sat or sun??
i have to try out the new tires
DAMMMMMIT forgot that on the info
SATURDAY so we can get more to go
just lost one of my partners he got some weired infection on his foot and can barely stand much less drive so 1 down.,
no issues tho
