Ok, so here are a couple of things that I worked on a little a while back.

The "Jeepers" I would like to keep because our forum is for Jeepers. Colorado Chapter, Military Jeepers or something like that. G.I Jeepers doesn't fit for everyone.

I agree with keeping Jeepers. I only mentioned Wheels of Steel on the other thread in case anyone wanted to also be a part of a secondary group that would bring along anyone. Kinda funny though, all the members I know are in the military and have jeeps. Go figure. Anyway, would you like for me to clean up that image a little and see how it comes out? I'll do a couple of different variations with different names. If anyone has any suggestions post up.

I like it, but make Pikes Peak more prominent. I also like changing G.I. jeepers for military jeepers. It's more appropriate. I like the colors of red, white, and blue. Very good start.

Bigger hills, smaller Jeep, and Military instead of GI. Gotcha. I'm on CQ tonight, so I'll work it over some more and post up tomorrow. I'll try to work out the bumper sticker version too. Might try to play with the details of the Jeep a little. I dunno. Thanks for the compliments guys. Yell at ya again on the morrow.

GI stands for Goverment Issue so dont see why it wouldnt work for every one?

i may be wrong but if u look on the history channel or wikipedia gi means general issue not govt issue. any way i think i like the military jeepers better bit as the design goes have at it have fun lets see what u come up with!

I think that too many times when someone says GI, people thing of Army and not the other branches that do so much for our country.

Ok guys, here you go. I haven't had time to do up the Bumper Sticker version, but it shouldn't take much. I'll get to it tonight after I finish beating on my tranny. I also added some snow, highlights and shading to the mountains. It just wouldn't be Pikes Peak without the snow. Thats my thought anyway. If you don't like it just say, too easy to revert back.

Jeep smaller no prob, I'll have to play with the text to get it to work, it's on one layer, so I'll have to divide it up and center it manually, but shouldn't take more than 5 min. If there's anything else post on up, I'll wait to work on it till tonight when I finish messin with the my rig.

Sorry, been kinda busy lately. Things are really nuts around here. I'll clean up the last one, and also finish up the rectangular version today. Any word from Ryan about using the MJ Logo in there? I don't wanna step on his toes ya know. Also, were there any other changes anyone saw for the round sticker?

what would be cool is if you used the rockies off the license plate with a jeep goin over it to keep true with the whole colorado thing. kind of like the first rectangle one just refined a little would look pretty sick. for the rectangle sticker style

I need to get angry about the statement in your signature block.... like, drive it 'till it breaks and let a wrench fix it or something to that effect... I'm worried that this attitude may result in a failure in a place that puts you and your buddies butts in a position that might get them/you killed.

I've removed remains from vehicles that ran out of fuel or quit for some other stupid operater oversight and got hit. This is sooooo unacceptable to a wrench; not the part about taking care of the fallen but the reason it happened.

You and your buddies' safety depends on you taking care of the equipment you are issued in the same or better manner as you care of your Jeep.

I encourage you to change your signature block in this forum and adopt a different attitude toward the importance of maintaining the equipment on which your life depends.

Did I miss something? For the people that I have met so far, signature blocks are for internet fun, not a way of life. You can rest assured that I won't accept anyone that is going to tear up trails with stupidity, and put others in harms way. If one of these people ever go to group rides then I will try to explain to them why their actions are not acceptable, help them out of situation they may have gotten themselves into (only once), and then ask them to turn around and go back as they are no longer welcome. I have an old jeep. I maintain that jeep as best I can, that doesn't mean that things aren't going to break. Could you please explain to me why your post came across a little abrasive?

Holds true for the three automotive and one boating forum I frequent. Sigs a for pithy comments, not life affirming statements. It's the interweb and shouldn't be taken too seriously.

I don't want to step on Ray's toes here because he did a really good job, but I was playing around with some ideas. Here is the first draft of something I've been working on. I plan on adding the MJ logo in one of the upper corners and some sort of Jeep in the other. What are your critiques? I'm also willing to finance having the stickers made up myself. Let me know.

I like that one quite a bit and really doesn't need a jeep in it I like it how you have it. Would buy that one for sure. Deffinately says Colorado and Military Jeeper so think its great and wont look like were stealing from MJ sticker at all.
