Welcome Home from Iraq Feeler, Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse, NY in March??

After chatting with someone that is going to be returning from Iraq, it was brought up that we may have a little meet and greet in Syracuse NY in March sometime. I have family in Binghamton and would put in leave once the date is determined.

Dinosaur BBQ is a pretty good place and although parking is not the best, they do have some kick ass food and a great atmosphere. I don't know if they do reservations and I know it gets busy, but I would contact them if we settled on a date and the number of people to see what they could do for us. My family (wife and kid) would also join me, so family is more than welcome.

As with any other event, if you are interested, post up here so that we can get a head count. Post even if you are a maybe. As we get closer and we know the people that are pretty sure they will be able to attend, I will call Dinosaur BBQ and wheel and deal with them to try to get some tables cllose to each other reserved.

If you know any other jeepers that may be interested, let them know about this. Maybe we can get a good turnout and get a bunch of people there.

Me being the one returning from Iraq I and definatley up for some good BBQ. I would say the 3rd weekend in March would work well for me. Any other takers?

I am down for the meet and greet, the wife has been wanting to go to dinosaur bbq since we got here, now I have a valid excuse to make the trip.

Put me and my family down for a "maybe". It will depend on the date as I am prepping to deploy and you know how everything changes at the last second when you are getting ready to go. My wife has had food from there and she says it is good stuff.

I think Easter is 23 March. I know we have to go somewhere for work on the 16th, or whatever that Sunday is.

Maybe a weekend in April would be better for everyone? The 23rd is easter I can do it basically any weekend so let me know what works for you guys.
