Is anyone interested in getting some t-shirts and/or hooded sweat shirts made for the local chapter? I was thinking about something like this with our user names on the back. I threw something together real quick.

Should be a good recruiting tool and would be great for events like Meet and Greets and when we go to SMORR or Flat Nasty.

What do you all think?

I would definatly be interested and Jacob you have just volunteered to be the Chapter "Gear" coordinater. The only thing we can add is the word Chapter to it. Ft Leonardwood Chapter.

I have a friend, he and his wife own Total Command alterations/dry cleaning. They may be able to deal on shirts or embroidery type stuff. I know they also sell hats,

the logo would look better on the back... I am not too keen on stuff on the front of a shirt, unless it was a little logo on like the pocket or something similar... :) just my two pennies.

what we did in the otehr club I am in was put the small logo on the front left chest with no writing then the large one on the back with the writing

Ok so It looks good to me, who collecting the money and how much do I pay. Do we needto buy shirts, I personnelly would like 2 short sleeveXL , 2 long sleeve XL, and 2 hoodies. XXL

We have to find somewhere to make them first. Anyone have any input? I know Ryan sent me a link a while back that I have so we can have them made online which would eliminate alot of the hassle of collecting money. I think we have to submit the design and then everyone just goes there and buys what they want with the design on it.

Which brings me to another note, does this chapter want to get into having any profit made off of the gear for events such as BBQs and other gatherings? Or do we just want to sell the gear at cost and everyone pays their own way at all events? I really like this idea, because most people will be moving into and out of the AO on a regular basis.

yea at first I thought small profit for the same things and for advertising but like you said most of this Chapter is transient 3-4yrs at the most and mny just for school. So maybe stright from the T maker is better.

I am working on setting up a store for us online. I will keep working on it this week and will update when I find something reasonable that will work. There is a possibility that we will have thongs and boxers with our logo on it too....don't get too excited about the thongs Larry.

no offence but i am a MARINE and i will not were anything that looks like army camo i am sorry if i offended any solders but. Would you were marine camo i dont think so.
lets try to stay with black or something we would all like.
