I met Lt Dan tonight to get the springs, he told me they were out in Cumberland Md, at a state park (?) a couple hours away from here. Sounds like a cool place, told me there is an 18 mile loop trail to ride there, stocker friendly. We gotta get the scoop and check it out too.

Interesting. I found two state parks when I googled Cumberland Maryland State Park:

Rocky Gap State Park (http://www.dnr.state.md.us/publiclands/western/rockygap.html)

New Germany State Park (http://www.dnr.state.md.us/publiclands/western/newgermany.html)

hehe... Neither of those parks Miljeep.... Not a bad trail, a few of us went up to scout it for future rides.... Not bad... 18 mile loop, lots of mud... curious to see what the terrain looks like without the snow though... Only downside was the drive..... about 120 miles from Manassas.....

Geez! Might as well go to Crozet. :D I hate wheeling in mud. :p It seems I spend more time washing the truck and later, the driveway. Did you take any pics?

My camera was broken, but two of the other rigs took a bunch, I'll dig up links for you....

They are on the NoVa Jeeper website: http://novajeepers.com/index.php?name=NewForums&file=viewtopic&t=20345

I think I know where they went, but I've been studying Maps of various areas since Nick took me on that one private trail clearing ride.
