i've used a few of those b4... the timber skid be careful johnny law does not like wood used as tires

Here are three chapters from FM 4-30.31 that cover Principles of Recovery, Rigging, and Recovery Operations. Alot more detailed information and advanced techniques. You can right click each attachment and choose 'save target as' to save them to your computer. This FM is approved for public release with unlimited distribution.

I like the last bit about the fan belts. I remember coming from AP hill headed back to Bragg and the Goat shredded the belts. Figuring we did not want to spend the first night back from 2 weeks in the weeks on the side of rt 95 we used boot laces - and it made it.
