front bumper and winch question

I am looking for a front bumper under 500$ that will work with this winch http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=91905. If anyone has or knows of one please let me know. I would like one with some time of D ring hook up also and a place to mount my stock lights to. I own a black 2006 TJ Sport all stock.....

you can get a front bumper with or without a stinger and ask for the winch plate and you will be good to go. He is in VA and the turn around time is outstanding. I know Korisu56 (chris) just got his rear bumper today or yesterday from Eddie.
