it's a cobra 25 ltd, what is that place in the dc area where everyone goes

Bigger truckstops have a good selection of CB stuff, if you're near any major freeways should be able to find one.

If you can hook up a positive wire and negative wire, then all you have to do to install a CB is mount it. That easy.
