vehicle inspections

got a guy from my other site that may be moving down there. any of you guys tell me what he will need to know/have for his vehicle inspections?

U mean state inspections? If he is movin down here as active duty tell him to keep his plates from where he is currently so he dosn't have to worry about inspections and such. I have been here 3years all 3 with my MD plates
