May 3rd Wheeling in Eisenberg

For those of you that are interested in a day trip, a few of us are heading to Eisenberg near k-town. Their website is kind of gay but I have been here before, it is mostly sand and hills but it is fun.

as far as getting there just use Google maps and type in Eisenberg Pfalz Germany when you look at the satelite photos it will be the only place in Eisenberg that lloks like a big sand pit.

There is a gas station/ truckstop (can't miss it) on the A6 at the Eisenberg exit, if you wanna go and are worried about finding the place we can meet there at 1000hrs. I will be leaving Heidelberg at 0900. I found the place the first time by following some vehicles that lloked like they intended to go off roading.

The cost is 11 Euros and it is worth a day of farting around.

It went pretty good, there were a total of 5 MJer's there. I totally destroyed my upper control arms and the slow ride home was kinda scary. Got some pics and vids but my home pc is awaiting a hard drive from Dell so it may be a couple weeks before I can post them.

Bigsky Chris said you crushed your control arm. If you still have the D30 up front i have the stock arms from my lift you can have. At least it will get you back on the road till you can get some aftermarkets in. Let me know an i can MPS then up to you,

I will have pics and vids up also after I get to the states don't have time right now to post um. I found out that you can have enough mud stuck to your rims to throw your whole Jeep into a vibrating fit down the Autobahn.

No, I haven't been able to due to the fact that my home computer burned up the hard drive. As soon as my new hard drive gets here and I install it I can post up. Right now my only link to MJ is from a GC and they have disabled usb devices.

Bigsky those control arms are in the mail. All the lowers are the same lenght front and rear the uppers are diffrent lengths front and rear. I threw all of them in there so that any one else has the same problem you will have them. They were about a week from going into the scrap metal bin at work.

I got the control arms. Thanks again man. They took longer than normal for MPS, I think it had something to do with the way the box sounded like it was full of broken plates. The guy at the post office was apologizing to me when he handed them over. There was also a frankfurt customs sticker on the box and it had also been resealed. That probably explains it.
