I have the 06 Unlimited. It is nice, but some parts are harder to find because they only made the Unlimited for a short amount of time and not many companies invested a lot of time and money into putting out mods specifically for the unlimited. If you find some, they are usually pretty pricey.

I like your sticker on the hood. are the lift kits differant for the unlimited verses the TJ?

the springs are a different rate cause it is heavier and the long arms are set up to have much longer rear arms. Bt for the most part they share a whole tone of the same parts. I have thought about getting one just to have the wheelbase. That is a nice looking jeep. both of them.

very nice, it sure is nice to have a trailer queen as well unless you go with sombody that breaks their jeep and needs to hitch a ride on your trailer

I just got the RE 4.5 inch lift. It has worked out well so far, but I have some pinging from the exhaust pipe which I heard is common on th LJs when you do some of the lift type stuff. I am sure if you hit up elevatorguy (scott) or jeepinsoldier (alex) they may be able to give you some of the ups and downs of the mods that you can do that may affect something specific to the LJ.

Thats a nice LJ, it came with a 6sp tranny? I didn't know Jeeps had them.

That is definitely a good looking jeep. At one point I wished that I had bought one just like it when I bought mine.

i know all the 06's tj and lj came with a 6 speed manual, think that started in like 04

I really like the unlimited's guy's. I tried one out about two weeks before I found my YJ or should I say my YJ found me :) They remind me of the scramblers, which is one of my favorites.
Everybody get a good look at her now because she will never be the same. FUN FUN!!!
